This body of work is drawn on a growing sense of isolation and vulnerability. A melancholic state of mind brought on by a number of outside events out of my control. Death, disillusionment and discord are present in my signature mark making and varied application of paint. Some which bleed and lie heavy in places on the surface of the work.
