The stunning quays and beaches are populated with herons, rooks and gulls, all making a good living on the richly abundant coastal fare and the pheasants, badgers and hedgehogs seem fully aware that they are inhabiting a fairy tale environment of tranquility and of extremes.
To study and explore the staggering beauty of this part of the world gave me a taste and tone entirely new to my palette. Steeped in a culture all its own and proudly aware of its grandeur the Cornwall and Dorset coasts are cared for and provide for an impressively unique people, leavening the experience of being there.
